As long as you don't slap a dino on the ass they'll ignore you. If it's a cold cave bring Enduro stew for the health Regen or med Brews but not both, can't use brews w Enduro.

I have cave build on so I've placed a metal spike wall across the entrance to that first room (after you crawl under the big ice boulder) and clear the room from behind it.
