Dutiful's wife, Nettle, Fool as Amber, Bee when she was young. Molly most of all - I never liked her. Am I the only one that never really "felt" the relationship with her and Fitz? One of the things I didn't like is I felt like the book took too much time with Rainwild and Liveship stuff.

Well for The Fool I'd say something made with apricots/apricot brandy since that's specifically a repeated plot point with him. For Nighteyes I can't stop thinking about this diner I used to go to as a kid that had "chocolate mouse" which was chocolate covered mousse on a slice of sponge cake that looked like a mouse, with almond slice ears and a chocolate tail.

The Fool [] The Fool is Fitz's closest friend. Though the Fool has admitted to romantic feelings for Fitz, Fitz insists that he feels only platonic love for the Fool. Despite this, Fitz frequently describes their bond as transcending friendship or even sex. Nighteyes [] Nighteyes was Fitz's bond partner and long-time friend.

We never really got a clear answer on what is going on, I think. during the golden fool trilogy, nighteyes was always the one who made it clear that he did not want to live on as a consciousness inside of fitz and that he wanted to die as his own being.

My guess is that when Fitz touched the F/F/N carving with his bloody hand in Fool's Assassin, he had somehow "reactivated" Nighteyes (Wit, skill, blood) but there was no need for Nighteyes to appear until someone was in trouble - Bee being lost in the secret tunnels.

Nah, it'll be Fitz, the Fool, and Nighteyes. It was foreshadowed by the carving the Fool did. I also can't see Kettricken entering Fitz's dragon rather than Verity's; I think she'll be a late joiner to Verity-as-Dragon. [deleted] • 8 yr. ago OrcusOfUndeath • 8 yr. ago I feel like that would be a really sad end for Fitz.

He spent his puppyhood for sale in a trapper's cage until FitzChivalry heard his cries through the Wit and saved him.
